The 23-year-old was on the books at the Crown Ground as a teenager before joining the Magpies' youth set-up in November 2016 and was part of Newcastle's under-23s squad which reached the 2018/19 Premier League 2 Division Two play-off final and Premier League Cup final.
The Monrovia-born midfielder, who primarily plays in the middle of the park, also made four competitive appearances for Stanley during a loan spell in the 2020/21 campaign.
Sangare has played five times for his native Liberia at senior level, scoring his first international goal for the Lone Stars in a 2022 World Cup qualifying win over Sierra Leone back in September 2019.
Sangare will link up with Accrington on Friday, 1st July following the expiration of his contract with the Magpies.
Everyone at Newcastle United wishes Mo good luck for the future.
