Ben Dawson's side take on their Saints counterparts at the Magpies' Little Benton Academy on Sunday, 13th August (kick-off 12.30pm BST), with the young Magpies set to play 20 regular-season matches throughout the season following the competition’s new format for the 2023/24 campaign.
Newcastle's youngsters will face the likes of Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United as well as fellow North East sides Sunderland and Middlesbrough.
After the regular season of 20 Matchweeks have been completed, the top 16 teams will qualify for a single elimination play-off, with teams drawn against each other based on their league positions, for example with the team finishing first facing the team that claimed 16th place.
United will play a mixture of their home games at Whitley Park as well as the club's Academy and will gain an invitation to next season’s Premier League International Cup competition if they finish the 2023/24 campaign in the top 12.
A full list of Newcastle's Premier League 2 fixtures can be found below. Please note all fixtures are subject to change. Remaining venues and ticket information will be confirmed in due course.
