The United As One dinner - an exclusive black tie event - will celebrate the impact of the Foundation in the region and the diverse community it serves, with the support of current and former Newcastle United players and extra special guests.
The occasion will see the Foundation honour the achievements of children, young people, families, adults and staff following an extraordinary period in everyone's lives and a year like no other for the charity.
The ceremony inducts two former Newcastle United players into the star-studded Newcastle United Foundation Hall of Fame, with guests also enjoying an exclusive auction, four-course meal and entertainment.
Steve Beharall, Head of Newcastle United Foundation, said: "We are incredibly proud of our community and everything our participants, staff and volunteers have strived to achieve in spite of the huge challenges we have all faced over the past year.
"It's so important we all take the opportunity to reflect on what we've overcome and to honour and celebrate those unsung heroes and community members who have made positive changes in their lives and in the lives of other when they needed it most.
"We are looking forward to hosting this special event and hope many of our supporters are able to join us alongside our generous corporate supporters, funders and sponsors of our annual awards - Liontrust, Bidfood and Coors."
