Newcastle’s second-string were due to face their Red Devils counterparts at Carrington Training Ground on Monday, 18th December, with kick-off set at 7pm (GMT).

However, the league encounter will now take place on Saturday, 16th December, with kick-off set at 2.30pm (GMT). The venue will remain the same.

Ben Dawson’s side currently occupy 17th place in the division and will be aiming to end 2023 in winning fashion ahead of their final fixture of the calendar year.
