Newcastle United's stunning new 2024/25 adidas home kit went on sale on Friday morning - and masses of Magpies supporters gathered at the club's temporary store outside St. James' Park to be among the first to get their hands on it.

Fans queued through the early hours outside the store between The Strawberry and St. James' STACK presented by Sela to make sure they were in line to purchase the iconic jersey - the first released since United and adidas confirmed their multi-year partnership that saw the sportswear brand become the club's official kit partner.

Along with the eagerly-anticipated home kit, the new training range also went on sale at 8am BST, with the Magpies' CEO Darren Eales and CCO Peter Silverstone dropping by to chat to supporters as they browsed the new products, which are also now available to purchase from United's online shop. Michelle Mercer was there to bring newcastleunited.com this gallery of images.
