Newcastle's youngsters, along with the Terriers, were one of 32 sides to join the competition at the third round stage.
The cup clash will take place at The John Smith's Stadium on Tuesday, 15th December, with kick-off at 6.30pm (GMT).
The young Magpies have won the competition twice in their history after tasting success in 1962 before a side including Geordie midfielder Paul Gascoigne, lifted the cup in 1985.
Newcastle reached the quarter-finals in 2016/17 before their impressive run was ended by Tottenham Hotspur in a 5-3 defeat at St. James' Park.
