Fabian Schär's penalty gave the Magpies a 1-0 victory over AFC Wimbledon at St. James' Park in what was a rearranged third round game on Tuesday night, having been initially set to be played at the Dons' Cherry Red Records Stadium before flood damage preceded the venue switch.

And it has now been confirmed that United's home game against Chelsea in the last 16 will take place on Wednesday, 30th October, with kick-off set for 7:45pm GMT.

The game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports+.
