And the young right-back is thrilled to have done just that, with the Magpies preparing for their penultimate fixture of the season on Sunday as they continue their challenge for the FA Women's National League Division One North title.
Langley's side travel to the University of Bradford Stadium, formerly Valley Parade, on Sunday (kick-off 2pm BST), looking to record another positive result ahead of next week's season-concluding match at Barnsley Women.
"I am really looking forward to playing at Valley Parade," began Burt, speaking to nufc.co.uk ahead of the weekend's clash.
"It's a fantastic stadium and should be a great occasion for both teams."
Newcastle Women are unbeaten in the league since November, drawing once and winning a remarkable ten games during that time. That run sees the Magpies sit just three points behind league leaders Durham Cestria, with a game in hand on their North East rivals, going into the run-in.
Burt says the mood in the Newcastle camp is "positive" going into the match against Bradford's Women, but maintains that the Magpies won't get ahead of themselves as the season's conclusion fast approaches.
"The vibes heading into this weekend are positive," she added. "We have built momentum from our last two games, with two good results on the bounce we are just looking to maintain that going into Bradford.
"This weekend we simply want the three points, to get a clean sheet, and strive to get more goals so that we can continue to climb this league."
Since joining the club ahead of the current campaign, Burt has made the right-back spot her own, culminating in the North East-born defender being selected for England's Under-18s in February.
As the 17-year-old continues to develop into a key member of Langley's team, she says the opportunity to start regularly this season has been "invaluable."
"When I joined Newcastle I wanted to come in and prove myself in the right-back position," she explained.
"I knew there was competition and the squad was very strong, but once I put the shirt on I wasn't going to give it up easily.
"I think over the season I have progressed as the season has gone on, and the amount of experience I have gained this year has been invaluable.
"My focus every week is to make sure I am doing everything I can to perform at the weekend. That will not change against Bradford on Sunday."
