Prior to that, the West Riding-based official had racked up a century of games in the EFL, and took charge of the 2022 FA Vase final between Littlehampton Town and Newport Pagnell Town.

So far this term his appointments have been spread across the Premier League, Championship and Carabao Cup, with his top flight debut coming in Fulham's 3-1 home victory over Sheffield United in October.
