With 11 games left to play this season, Andrews knows how crucial each one of them are to the Lasses in achieving their goals, especially away from Kingston Park.

The Birmingham-born attacker is aware of the Blades' threats and insists nobody in the squad is thinking of taking their eye off the ball on Sunday despite them sitting tenth in the Women's Championship table.

"This half of the season is the most important, and that goes for every team in the league," she told newcastleunited.com.

"You've got teams fighting to avoid relegation and then a lot of us fighting for promotion, and we're just excited to get back out there.

"These away games are the most important ones because picking up a win on the road would be huge and help us continue to climb up the table.

"Sheffield United are a very good team. The way they pass the ball about the pitch is really impressive, so we're certainly not going into this game thinking it's going to be easy."

After nine games, Becky Langley's side sit in seventh place with 15 points but still hold a game in hand on all of the teams above them.

Added to that, the Lasses are only five points off Birmingham City Women at the top of the Women's Championship.

"When you look at the table and see that we're seventh, it's not great," Andrews admitted. "But then when you look at the points, we're only five off top spot, and we've got a game in hand.

"We've just got to ensure we go out there, enjoy ourselves, and look to pick up another big three points away from home."

Hundreds of Geordies are expected to support Andrews and her teammates in Sheffield - a trend that is becoming common across all competitions.

Andrews has scored three goals in black and white so far - including in United's last away game against Manchester United Women.

And she added: "There's always going to be pressure on us in the second half of the season. We want to always pick up maximum points to achieve our goals.

"At the end of the day, it's a game of football, so we've got to go out there and enjoy ourselves as a team.

"We always want to play well, not just for ourselves but for our amazing fans who follow us up and down the country.

"I think the fact that most of them are not our relatives or related to us but just want to travel and pay the money to watch us play because they want to support us on this journey is absolutely incredible."
