Kicking off two days of pre-season action, The Sela Weekender will open with a friendly fixture against Spanish LaLiga side Girona FC, before the Sela Cup makes a welcome return the following day. The Sela Cup returns for a second consecutive year - with a new format that has evolved to offer both men’s and women’s teams the chance to be crowned champions.
