Greenwood is a product of Durham Women's development system, playing for Durham Cestria and being in and around the Wildcats' first-team set-up prior to her move to Newcastle United Women.

Bringing experience in both the Women's Championship and the FAWNL, the midfielder was one of eight new signings in the summer of 2023/24.

And she won the Manager's Player of the Year award after excelling under Becky Langley as the Magpies won promotion.
